What services does GreatQiu offer?
We provide end-to-end China sourcing services: product sourcing, supplier verification & factory audits, quality control inspections, and logistics coordination. We handle everything from factory discovery to your doorstep.
How do I know the factories you recommend are reliable?
Every factory in our network goes through a verification process — we check business licenses, production capacity, export qualifications, and conduct on-site audits. We have personally visited over 85% of the factories we work with.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product category. Industrial components may have MOQs of 500–1,000 units, while consumer electronics can start at 100–300 units. We negotiate lower MOQs on your behalf and can also connect you with factories that specialize in small-batch production.
How do you charge for your services?
We charge a transparent service fee — no hidden markups on product pricing. The fee depends on the scope of work (product complexity, number of suppliers to vet, inspection requirements). Contact us for a free quote tailored to your project.
Sourcing & Quality
What quality control do you provide?
We offer three levels of QC: (1) Pre-production sample approval, (2) During-production inspection to catch issues early, and (3) Final random inspection (AQL 2.5 standard) before shipment. You get photo/video reports at each stage.
Can you help with product customization?
Yes. We help you communicate specifications, arrange for sample development, and ensure the factory understands your requirements in both English and Mandarin. We can also assist with packaging design and labeling.
How long does the sourcing process take?
A typical sourcing cycle takes 4–8 weeks from brief to shipment: 1–2 weeks for factory shortlisting and sample approval, 2–4 weeks for production, 1 week for QC and shipping preparation. Rush orders can be expedited.
Shipping & Payment
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer sea freight (FCL & LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We also handle customs documentation and can arrange door-to-door delivery to most countries worldwide.
What payment methods are accepted?
Typical payment terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal (for smaller amounts), and letters of credit (L/C) for larger orders. We use escrow services for new client relationships.
